Way back to the 1930's and the 1940's, T.V.'s and Movies
had just been created to our world. Black and white shows and movies, even had singer's and actresses singing. They were singing
and dancing with their full spirit and confidence, hoping people would still remember them today.
Of course we still remember them, for they were very
talented and was a complete legend. Everyone has a role model, idol, legend, to themselves. They have their own favorite singers,
actresses, and comedian. Which we all do as a matter of fact, we all have at least one favorite person who inspires us all.
The person who has inspired us, sang, danced,acted,
made us laugh as hard you couldn't breath, was Bette Midler. She is our legend, she is one of the people we favor most. Born
in Honolulu, Hawaii, on December 1st,1945, was a angel brought to favor us all. Even though to us she is a angel and a legend,
she at first didn't have a angelic start of life.
As Bette grew up in Hawaii, she never seemed to fit
in. Racism as there and you could feel it, Bette was very different to what everyone else thought. She was jewish, mostly
people would be like so what? People their though teased her about her background kind of more than her appearance. Though
it did seemed kind of bad, Bette escaped into music. Along with that in High school she became a class clown, a actress, and
got a very best friend who she loved dearly, Miss Beth Ellen Childers. They laughed and cryed together, they cared and stayed
with each other, they had fun and smiled together, just like real best friends do.
